Took my Subaru to a dealer because of a "rattle." They wrote me an estimate of almost $600 to repair it. Then took it to Capital Car Care. Scott put the car up on a lift and showed me that the rattle was being caused by a missing bolt that had rusted and fallen out...then replaced it for free.
