I live in DC and drive here to get my car serviced because Scott is totally competent and honest.  He always manages to fit me in with short notice. And from front desk staff to the mechanics, everyone provides excellent service!  Scott hired a mechanic from Lexus who services my car, so I feel like I am getting dealership service or better without paying dealership prices!  It's also great to have a comfortable waiting area with TV and wifi for those times when I wait for service.
